Ordering process

The basic process of ordering is as follows:
1. You place an order through this website.
2. Our system automatically sends an order acknowledgement mail back to you in a few moments.
3. During business hours we will check your order and send you an order confirmation mail informing you of your grand total. (There may be a few e-mail exchanges before finalizing your order depending on the contents of your order).
Preorder items will be fully billed after they arrive at our warehouse. After you receive our confirmation e-mail all you need to do is wait until we notify you that the products have arrived.
4. You pay the full payment from the chosen bank, or access PayPal's website and send the payment to sales@animetsu.com.
5. We ship your order upon confirmation of your payment.

Pre-order Information

Our website still improving to serve you better, please refer to the following about your pre-order purchases:

• Figures that are going to release in the future, but not officially arrives into our store can be pre-ordered instead.
• Just use "Add to cart" button for your favorite pre-order item.
• Price of pre-orders are floating and subject to change without notice.
• You will be contacted to arrange the final payment and delivery after the pre-order stock arrived.
• Please expects item in-stock price will normally higher than the pre-order price.

How to add item into your shopping cart

Upon viewing your product, click on the button "Add to cart" to add the selected item into your shopping cart.

A Shopping cart window will be shown indicating that your item has been successfully added into your shopping cart list.

Simply repeat this process to add more items and the total charges will be automatically calculated for you. If you wish to remove an item, just click the red "x" button align on the right of the selected item, the system will remove your item and re-calculates the new total amount for you. Alternatively, you can click on the "Clear my cart" link at the top right window if you wish to completely remove all items in your shopping cart.

To apply a discount gift, please key in the discount coupon number that sent to you via email, then click "Apply" button next to it. The system will automatically calculate the given discount rate (by fixed amount or by certain percentage depending on your discount coupon description) and apply to your total payment amount.

Checkout Process

Click on the "Checkout" button to proceed with the payment and shipping option.

You will be redirected to the Customer Registration page to fill in the required information. If you already registered an account with us, please click on the "Login" link and sign in with your registered username without the needs to key in your information again. Otherwise, if you do not wish to register a permanent account with us but still wanted to do shopping, please uncheck the final section for user registration. However, we strongly recommend you to register an account with us for more benefits that feedback to you, such as enjoying festival discount coupon and preorder privileges.

Next, you will need to select your preferred available shipping option. Please be reminded that using private delivery services will incur extra charges based on product shipping weight as published on the respective shipment company.

Next, please choose your preferred available payment type. If you preferred direct bank in into our accounts via ATM or other methods, just select the respective bank and an email will be sent to you later for more information and the necessary instruction.

Next, please do a final check on all the provided information (shipping, payment, address, selected item, quantity, prices etc.) before you click on the "Place Order!" button to place an order. You are welcome to write your comments or special request that you want us to take more attention or have other instruction.

Finally, congratulation and you're done! You can log in to your account any time to see the updated status about your placed order, such as the processing status or modify your shipping address.
