Business Hours

We are open from Monday through Friday most weeks, and closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Japanese & Malaysian national holidays.
There are three relatively long holidays in Japan: "Golden Week" (for around 3-5 days in early May), "Bon" holidays (for around 4-5 days in mid-August), and New Year's break (for around 4-5 days from late December to early January).

All inquiries will be responded to and orders processed and shipped only during our regular business hours.
Orders, inquiries and payments received while we are closed will be taken care of on our next business day or soon after.
Please feel free to order online 24 hours a day, all the year round!

Shipping

All shipping for international rate will be based on the respective shipping company charges as published in their website. Currently we have SAL Registered, EMS, DHL, UPS and FedEx as international shipping options. 

Normally, it will take approximately 2 working days for the shipment to reach its destination. In certain circumstances, it may take up longer time for delivery. For international shipping, please expects at least 1 to 2 weeks time for delivery depending on the shipping company, custom checks and the country region involved.

Combined Shipping

Combined shipping of multiple items is possible as long as your ordered items are either
1) All already-in-stock items
or
2) All pre-order items to be released in the same month.
If your order includes both pre-order items and in-stock items, or several pre-order items whose release dates are scattered over different months, the order will be divided and quoted/shipped separately.
- Release dates of pre-order items are subject to change. In the event of a release date shift, if you have ordered several ore-order items for the same month, that order may be divided (quoted and shipped separately) by the months in which the items are scheduled for release.
- Conversely, more items can be added to your existing order, as long as your ordered items meet the conditions above. To do so, simply place an additional order online, and write "Combine this order with order No. *******.(your first order ID)" in the message column of the order form. In the case that the message column is left empty, we will still combine orders together as applicable.
*If you prefer a certain order be shipped alone (without being combined with other items), please just let us know.

Payment

Currently, we only accept payment from Internet Banking/Fund Transfer/ATM/Foreign Telegraphic Transfer to following Banks:

Maybank, CIMB Bank and Public Bank.

For credit card or debit card payment, kindly use PayPal as worldwide accepted option.

Total charges = total items price + handling & shipping charge

Value Added Services

We are now having proxy services to help bidding items in Yahoo Auction Japan, however we only accept maximum 20 queries per month.

Yahoo Auction Japan service charges:

• Final bid value below or equal to 10,000 yen, service charge is 1,000 yen.
• Final bid value above 10,000 yen, service charge is 10% of the final bidding value.

For those who are interested, please provides us the following information for the bidding:

• Your full name
• Your Max Bid value
• Yahoo Auction URL for the bid

We cannot guarantee for the winning of the bid, because it will be depending on your Max Bid value.
Full payment must be settle once we won the bid and received the item, we will only send out the item to you after all shipping and other possible handling cost from Yahoo Auction Japan has been paid by the customer.

Stock Status Accuracy

Our catalog and all of our indications are usually updated from Tuesday to Saturday. In the case that an item becomes sold out in-between the updates, it will be offered on a first-come-first-served basis.

Preorder Item Availability

Generally, there are no problems whatsoever with pre-order items. Once we have confirmed your pre-order all you have to do is wait for it to arrive at our warehouse and be billed to you. However, in some very rare instances due to the item's production and distribution, we may have no other option but to cancel your pre-order.
Due to the nature of the character/hobby industry, release date delay can occur with a number of items. At times, they may also get canceled without prior notice or we may receive much lower quantities than initially planned due to production/distribution problems.
It goes without saying that we will do our best to fulfill all of your orders, but in the case of such an unexpected supply shortage or release cancellation, regrettably, we may have to remove the item from your order. We ask for your patience and consideration when this occurs.

What if...

I haven't received my order a week after it has been shipped?
First, please have your parcel's EMS tracking number ready and ask your domestic post office about its delivery status.
Your package might have already been arrived but you were not there to receive it.
Mail deliverers cannot leave an EMS package if they do not obtain a signature by the receiver.
Please look for an Undeliverable Shipment notice in your mail box. The notice should tell you where and until when you can pick up your package.
If the post office was unable to deliver the package due to some fault of the customer, and the parcel was returned to us, we will ask for additional postage for re-delivery.

The parcel seems to have been damaged during transportation?

If any damage occurs during shipment, we will need your cooperation to make a claim with your domestic post office or the respective shipping company.
PLEASE - if you think something may be wrong with your parcel: 1) take pictures before opening and 2) open it with a post office representative present if possible.
If the item inside was broken, please file a damage report with your local post office and they should be able to resolve the problem

I think my order item is a bit different from the images shown in your website?

Since we list our merchandise before the final products are ready for sale most photos shown in our catalog are of prototypes or samples presented by the manufacturer. There may be some inconsistencies between the prototypes and the ones actually marketed for mass-production reasons. Additionally, some products have sections that need hand painting at the factory, which may also cause individual differences. These are not considered manufacturer's defects.

My order item itself arrived with a missing or broken part?

Please take a close photo(s) of the defective part or parts and send it to us within 7 days from its delivery along with a detailed explanation. We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution to the problem.
*Please note that we accept no responsibility for damages limited to a product's outer package.

We always offer those popular and high demand figures, but not 18sx-rated figure, those items are illegal for sale in Malaysia.

★ Can reserve a figure? ★ 

- No reservation is accepted.

- For Pre-order item, please note that we will cancel all of your ordered items without notice if we do not receive the payment within 7 days as confirmation after the item has arrived.

★ Can I cancel the order? ★

- We accept cancellation from any preorder before the preorder deadline. Cancellation after the preorder deadline or any in-stock order, in principle, not accepted.
