EXCHANGE POLICY

We guarantee the quality of our products. If there is any quality problem, we provide exchange service for the damaged products during the exchange period.

All products sold are not refundable. We will either exchange a defective product, or exchange it for a comparable product price-wise, or give you a credit toward future purchases by you for products or services offered through Animetsu.com, within the 7 days period as of the INVOICE DATE of the product before returning the product to us, or the guarantee period as stamped on the product invoice. Please note that buyers should be for all the return shipping cost.

Once items have been sent, Animetsu.com will not be held responsible for the loss or damaged during shipping transition to the addressed customer.

Please notice that we are not responsible for the use of products, which means we will not be liable for any injuries that may occur as a result of improper use of these products. Please remember to use the products safely and gentle.

After your received and paid for the product, you can still exchange for products within 7 days of their purchase (exceptions may apply, see below), provided that they are

- in its original packing and condition (unused with the plastic wrappings intact, except for quality problems), and

- with all the accessories that come with them.

Product Returning Advices

We guarantee all of our products are genuine brands, if you believe any of them are not authentic product, please inform us in writing and we will take all the proper action required with our suppliers.

Please note that due to different shooting conditions, some of the photos shown on our website might have slight color variations from the actual product.                           

HOWEVER, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND REJECTING THE ORDER ON THE SPOT IF ANYTHING IS LESS THAN SATISFACTORY OR REQUIRE EXCHANGE DUE TO DAMAGE OR JUST SIMPLY YOUR OWN CHANGE OF HEART, in our experience re-ordering entirely is always easier and quicker than making exchanges after delivery.                 

Animetsu.com will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to Animetsu Studio (Malaysia) address at his/her own cost. Buyer will take full responsibility of the product damage/lost during the return shipment back to Animetsu Studio (Malaysia), thus we advice you to use insured registered shipping. Buyer must ship and return the product to Animetsu Studio (Malaysia) within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation. 

Restocking Fees: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of Animetsu.com error, a restocking fee of 15% + Shipping Cost may be charged.
